About YZ

I'm a Diploma Certified in Patisserie, I have 8 years of experience in this industry. I used to work in a bakery shop, 1 four-star hotel (Doubletree by Hilton KL) and 1 five-star hotel (Grand Hyatt KL). My last holding position is Demi Chef CDP in Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.

About the lesson

Pastry is an art, we love to enjoy the beauty, but how to reach it and make it? In the class, I can teach about how to make the cake, how to do the decoration, we start from the basics, hand by hand step by step to make the cake perfect. In the class, you can choose to learn from 0~100% or just choose for piping and decoration part. Once you learn, you can make your own cake for your family, friends, and your love. Fee does not include ingredients fee.
