"As a dedicated third-year MBBS student, my teaching approach is rooted in the belief that understanding is more important than memorization. I utilize a combination of explanation, discussion, and practical application to ensure that complex biological concepts are thoroughly understood, not just rote-learned.
Each tutoring session begins with a brief review of the previous session's material to reinforce learning and address any lingering questions. Then, we move onto new concepts, breaking them down into manageable parts. I believe in interactive learning, so I encourage students to ask questions, engage in discussions, and participate actively in the learning process.
One of my distinguishing features as a tutor is my ability to relate complex biological concepts to real-world applications, particularly drawing from my medical training. This helps students to not only understand the 'what' and 'how' but also the 'why', making the learning process more meaningful and enjoyable.
While my specialty lies in tutoring students preparing for medical entrance exams or pursuing undergraduate biology courses, my teaching methods can be adapted to suit school children as well.
