About Talia

Hey guys! My name is Talia.

I am a Zumba instructor here in Madison. I have been doing Zumba for 5 years!

I am here to create a a fun filled energetic atmosphere for all ages! From 3 years of age to 83 years of age.

I visit gyms, preschools, assisted living place, and do private parties.

I believe that Zumba can be tweaked to fit the group.

zumba is suppose to be fun, energetic, and get you moving! I result believe that everyone is born with the spirit of dance! I have very reasonable prices. $10.00 per person. All classes can be either 30 minutes 45 minutes or an entire hour. I have a huge range of music to fit each individual crowed. I can't wait to see you at the next class!

I have been dancing Zumba for 5 years. I am fully insured, and I have a current Zumba teacher training certificate. I am also able to do aqua Zumba.

About the lesson

Every group is different.
if I have a group that expresses they have never danced or done Zumba, I will do easy dance moves, and repeat the moves a few times before transitioning to a new move.
I like to read the room.
3-14 years of age, I play Christian music.
18-40's I'm going to play faster pace up beat 80's 90's and early 2000's pop, rap, and high intensity.
50- 60's I'm going to play 70's mixed with some 80's and 90's .

when it comes to senior citizens, I play a lot of music from the 40's 50's and 60's I want to play music that is popular to their generation. In this situation it's more so chair exercises. Slow soft movements are important.
