About Joel
I am an award winning filmmaker, with also award winning casting choices.
How much I can make the difference on lives of people I never met. Art has a the power to transforme from with in, and when we find the source for this power, we have no other option but fall in love e work our best.
I've been a teacher since I was 17 years old. I teach English and portuguese, and also literature. I love it. Sharing what I know is great, specially to people that are eager to learn.

Last year I won 14 awards for my last short film. And the award ceremony for LABRFF (Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival) was very specil. We won for best child actor and best international short. I got a trophy and got to give a speech. It was very special.
