About Patricia

AS A JUILLIARD-TRAINED PERFORMER FOR OVER 40 YEARS ON BROADWAY, TV AND FILM, MY STUDENTS GET RARELY AVAILABLE PROFESSIONAL HAND-ON GUIDANCE AND PERSONAL TRAINING IN THEIR CRAFT.

THESE ARE JUST SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF MY CAREER:

BROADWAY: in OTHELLO with James Earl Jones and Christopher Plummer; in DEATH AND THE MAIDEN opposite Richard Dreyfuss and Gene Hackman, among others.

TELEVISION:

BOSS OF BOSSES opposite Chaz Palmentieri, SOPRANOS, many LAW &

ORDER episodes, RESCUE ME, ROYAL PAINS and may be most known by fans for her long-time role on ONE LIFE TO LIVE creating the role of Carlotta Vega which she portrayed over 14 years on ABC.

FILM:

Pure Flix film COURAGEOUS LOVE, DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE, SAVING GRACE, DON’T SAY A WORD and FREEDOMLAND.

Patricia is passionate about coaching and mentoring young performing artists.

As my career became more prominent many friends and even actors on set would ask my help in preparing to film or even auditions. The requests kept coming and I saw so many bad or should I say unqualified coaches in the business I was compelled to continue...

BFA - The Juilliard School, performing on Broadway, television for many years, film. I have been coaching and teaching for about 20 years.

About the lesson

I usually initially review all their materials (if available) headshot, resume, reel. If they are beginning and do not have these yet, they will prepare a short monologue or other material for our first meeting. From this work, I can help them discover how to build on their strengths and identify weak areas so their confidence and technique will grow with greater skill.

All types but especially committed and serious-minded who will best implement the help I am willing to provide!

I had one particular student who after a long career as a private investigator decided to really do what was her long-time passion:Acting! At her age it seemed a long shot. We began working together consistently and she devoured every assignment and direction. Within months she started appearing in television non-union roles like Discovery ID and today she has bloosomed her career to Off-Broadway, television and producing her own film projects! Kudos, Randi!!
