About Scott

Active, award-winning Theatre Director, Acting Teacher and Public Speaking Coach. His students have booked roles regionally, in National Tours and on Broadway. He has coached both adults and children in all areas of performance.

As a public speaking coach he has worked with Ivy League graduates involved in Public Policy, the law and entertainment.

I love giving students the means to achieve their dreams. Whether its becoming a better actor, nailing the audition or simply conquering their fear of public speaking.

I started teaching in 2010 when I realized the skills I used as a director could help others in the entertainment industry.

I hold a BA in Theatre from Northwestern University - one of the top theatrical training institutions in the USA. I have worked as an award-winning professional director for over 15 years. My work has been seen all over the country at major regional theatres as well as internationally. My coaching students have booked roles, regionally, on cruise ships, in national tours and on Broadway.

About the lesson

I formulate custom lesson plans to every student’s unique experience and goals.

I have worked with students ranging in ages and experiences. Everyone from the curious hobbyist to working Broadway actors looking to nail the next big audition.

Do your research! Make sure they bring the credits and skills to actually help you achieve your goals. I recommend working with a teacher who is also ACTIVELY working in the industry, not just teaching about it.
