About Greg
I have been practicing Aikido for 20 years, and currently am Sandan - 3rd degree black belt, still practicing and learning. My hombo dojo is Still Mind Aikido, NY. I have been fortunate to have learned from many outstanding Aikido masters, including Saotome Sensei, Nemoto Sensei, Sugano Sensei, Bill Witt Sensei, Hoa Sensei, Shiohira Sensei, Goto Sensei, Mark Larson Sensei. Now that I have moved to Florida, I have more time and would gladly practice Iwama style Aikido with dedicated students.
Aikido is more than a martial art. It is a way to harmonize mind and body inside yourself, as well as harmonize yourself and the outer world.
