Experienced Tutor and Mature Computer Science Student offers online and in-person lessons in Python

We have known David for three years during which time he has tutored our two sons in science and maths at GCSE level and maths at A level. He also gave invaluable advice for the personal statement to be included in the UCAS application. David is a mature, reliable, conscientious, enthusiastic and quite simply an inspiring young man. He has never let us down for any appointment and goes above and beyond with feedback post each lesson. Our boys, one of whom is dyslexic and was at times disengaged in the classroom at school, gained more confidence after only a few lessons with David. We have no hesitation in recommending David and only sorry we do not have any further children to benefit from his wonderful wisdom and professionalism!

David taught both my daughters on a weekly basis, sometimes doing two hour sessions with the older one who was then studying biology and chemistry at higher level for her International Baccalaureate diploma. He taught my younger daughter for her GSCE science exams. David was fantastic at motivating my year 11 daughter: he is so enthusiastic and energetic and really helped her focus and concentrate. He boosted her attainment but also, more importantly, her confidence. He understood very quickly the help my year 12/13 daughter needed and supported her brilliantly with her higher level IB chemistry. School lessons were moving too fast for her and he ensured that she had a proper understanding of the topics.
David’s lessons were well thought out and carefully targeted. The homework was excellent and I could really see the progress both girls were making. He really made a huge difference.
