About Marshall
My name is Marshall and I am a professional catching and hitting instructor. I am a former professional baseball player of 4 years, and 5 year collegiate athlete. In addition, I’ve been a private instructor for 9 years. I operate out of a state of the art, private indoor facility. I’m dedicated to providing a professional, personalized, and high quality experience. You can expect the most up-to-date information and knowledge on the game to be incorporated in your child’s mental and physical development. I am passionate and motivated to help my clients succeed both on and off the field, and to help them develop as players and people! Come train with me! I found a passion for teaching through my own training. I never had private lessons growing up, and I learned to become my own teacher. Through this I found a passion and a skillset for teaching others.
I have 9 years of private instruction experience, 4 years of professional baseball experience, and 5 years of collegiate ball experience.

I work with students of all ages and skill sets. I am interested in working with students that have a passion for the game, for learning, and those that want to get better.
Ask questions and find someone who's passionate about teaching and their students.
One of my very first students committed and signed to play collegiate baseball. For 5 years he worked tremendously hard to become the player and the person he is today. Seeing him sign to play collegiate ball, after all of the time and hard work he put in with me on his craft, was a very rewarding moment.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Is this person going to take the time to get to know me as an athlete and as a person?

Marshall Rich worked with my son from the age of 14 on catching technique. He was very thorough and patient. He took the time to explain, in detail, how to perform catching techniques and worked to drill and drill my son. Because of the amazing training that Marshall did with my son, he received a scholarship to catch in college! His current college coaches state that they have not seen a freshman catcher with a transfer as quick as Caleb's. If you want THE BEST catching instructor you need to immediately contact Marshall. Have your son tell Marshall what his goals are. Marshall will go out of his way to help your catcher achieve his goals. I offer my highest recommendation of Marshall Rich as a catching instructor. Look for him on a MLB roster one day!
