About Sean

I work with experienced or new players on all matters related to hitting, such as batting mechanics, plate discipline, strength training, and mental preparation.

I enjoy empowering young athletes through the development of hitting and giving each student valuable insights into their movements, helping them better understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

Over the years of coaching and working with athletes, I was approached by several parents asking for private hitting lessons due to my teams hitting success. Since then, I have developed a technique for developing players hitting for all-ages boys and girls softball or baseball.

I have helped hundreds of players take their swing to the next level and develop confidence at the plate while allowing each player to hit for more power and consistency, gain more adjustability to off-speed pitches, and maximize their potential.

I graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Kinesiology Sports Management.

Experience:

For the last 10-years, I have been coaching Girls Select Softball at the A Ball level with Texas Glory, Texas Bombers and Texas Shock

Previously coached at the Major level with Hustle Boys Baseball Select organization.

About the lesson
