About Chayse

Hey everyone! My name is Chayse Pittman and I am going to open up some Lessons for any and all age group. I have played baseball since i could walk and have a true passion for the game. I left my high school to play for Connors State University, one of the top JUCO in the nation for baseball. From there i went on to finish my career at MACU where my team went on to compete in our regional finals two years in a row.

When i started my main focus was on infield, and a middle to late reliever. I played third base mostly and would have my opportunities throughout the season to pitch in a handful of situations. My last two years however I found my home as a PO. (PITCHER ONLY). I find a great passion for the position and a key member to our staff.

I have a younger brother who is in 8th grade. I have helped/coached him and a handful of his friends for years. I enjoy the atmosphere and struggle of teaching different topics and styles. I was offered the position to coach the Middle School program at Wellston as well as a handful of other starting coaching roles. As of now I enjoy the career I am in, but want to stay as attached to the game as I can.

Pitching Lessons- Beginners to Advanced. We can start from the basics of work on key areas. I am confident in my knowledge to help with any situation.

Hitting Lessons- I have a 3 cage indoor I have access to where we can work on whatever your goals are. Access to pitching machines, although i like overhand toss better. I will provide all the balls and machines needed.

Fielding Lessons- The infield was always my favorite aspect of the game and where I felt the most confident. Regardless of basic fundaments or key aspects of the game. We can always find something to help improve our game.

For those that want a mix of everything i can most certainly make that work, lets get in contact and start getting better!

My younger brother, who is in 8th grade, has always enjoyed going to the cages with us. I starter working with him and a few of his friends and it all starter to come together!

I played 5 years of collegiate baseball. I was apart of multiple Legion ball teams throughout most summers. And I have coached Middle School baseball for 2 years now.

About the lesson

FUNdamentals. Baseball is after all just a game, and we all learn at different speeds. Lets find out where you excel and where you need improvement, but we will enjoy it all!

All levels, I have starter with some tee ball students this past year. I work with middle school as well as high school athletes. And with years of college athletics you learn to work with each other and fix each others problems.

Be open! Lots of times first students are timid or to understanding when they are not quite following. Ask questions, if somethings uncomfortable let me know. Nothing is cut and dry, everyone works differently, its about finding what works best for you.

I want to know what you want to learn and work on. Obviously everyone wants to hit further and throw harder, but its the little things that will get us there!
