About Josh

I’m a passionate coach dedicated to helping athletes grow in confidence, skill, and mindset. With experience leading and mentoring players, I focus on mastering the fundamentals, simplifying the game, and creating a positive environment where athletes feel encouraged and challenged. My goal is not just to help players improve, but to help them compete with confidence and develop habits that carry over into sports and life.

I help athletes become more confident, more consistent, and more competitive. My coaching breaks the game down in a simple, encouraging way so players can improve faster, trust themselves, and perform when it matters most.

A typical session with me is structured, positive, and tailored to you. We start by identifying your goals, then focus on fundamentals, skill-specific drills, and game-like reps to build consistency and confidence. I provide clear feedback, make adjustments in real time, and finish with competitive or situational work so you can transfer what you learned directly into games. My goal is for you to leave every session better, more confident, and knowing exactly what to work on.

In 2011, I was working the baseball camps at my alma mater, University of Louisiana. A parent asked me if I knew anyone who gave private lessons and I started working with their son. Since then, I have worked with over 100 athletes in the past ten years.

Baseball lessons offered by Josh are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Gilbert. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
