Personalized experience. Tim is an experienced ultra runner and tailors his training to your specific needs to make sure you get the best training for your goals. Highly recommend.
All around a positive experience that I highly recommend to anyone ready to start running or improve where they are at today.
We were using another training company before we switched to Tim. What impressed me the most about RunnerOne was that not only did Tim create a doable training schedule for our marathon run, teach us how to eat properly and advise us on stretching techniques but Tim would run along side us. Pacing in a run is everything and the personal attention Tim gave us made the difference in completing the Berlin Marathon.
Ran with Tim for several years before moving away from Houston, awesome customer service and friend after running together for many many many hours. Helped me complete over 15 marathons in the 6 years we ran together. Recommend him to anyone who wants to get into running his personalized service and individual attention cannot be beat by any generic running group.
