Coach was always positive. Walking with your head down was never an option. He was always there for us on and off the field. He challenged my leadership ability and gave me the opportunity to lead his team. I’m extremely grateful for the time I spent with coach.

The consistent push to grow as a player and a person.

I loved everything about working with Hillsdale Hawks Baseball & Broadcasting Club. It makes you feel like your right at home especially being around coach Justin Watson . Great man , excellent head coach doesn’t tolerate no bs when it come to anything doesn’t matter if your the best or the worst he holds everyone to the same standard that’s one of the things I loved about him coaching .
