About Nick
Train Like Pros (TLP) was established by former MLB player, Nick Conner. After sustaining an injury that cut short his career, he decided to use skills he obtained throughout his life to help prepare and train others on the needed steps in becoming a pro. TLP offers training in every needed area, allowing a player to reach the maximum level of their playing ability. Realizing there is more to life than sports, we want to prepare our athletes to be the best athletes possible, but it is our goal to see traits such as respect, discipline, and hard work that come along with training for baseball transferred to other areas of their lives.
I enjoy seeing the progress come light and making a difference. I started this business to be able relate and develop players. I see too much reaching going on in the area or on social media that is false info. Not all the information is false but a lot of these kids could get worse from it. I'm not saying I know everything but I promise you won't be disappointed! Let's work
I played professional baseball for the Washington nationals org. I went to Pitt community college in North Carolina. I followed the dream and things happened to where now I able to give back. It was an amazing experience, and now I want to help kids chase their dreams.

Typically we will do a lesson but it will be more of an assessment. I love to start with Building a good foundation and go from there. I have a high passion and I truly believe your kids or player will not regret coming to train!
