About Larry

I have many years of experience helping people achieve their goals. I focus on their goals and make sure the experience of working with me is effective and fun at the same time. Whether I'm instructing on a sport or doing strength or exercise training the sessions are always interesting and fun. I create a lot of exercises and techniques that will challenge you and bring out your competitiveness to become a better athlete! And if you're a baseball player, I'll bring up on the field situations from my own baseball playing days to help you prepare for situational baseball you'll experience in your own games.

I get to help people every day. It's very rewarding to see someone achieve a goal and become better at what they do because of the hard work you put in to helping them. I also enjoy being outdoors and enaging in athletic activities for a job. I get to promote health and stay healthy myself, it's a win win!

4 year college baseball player. Nationally certified heath coach and personal trainer with more than 20 years of work experience. Specialize in training athletes for the strength and physical demands of their sports, especially for baseball and golf.

About the lesson

The first step is to talk to them about their goals and what they're trying to achieve. Once we establish their goals then I get to know them better by discussing their experience in the sport or with exercise and training. Then we'll come up with a program and schedule that will help them reach their goals and keep them focused, committed, and motivated. Special emphasis is placed on open communication between myself and the client because I believe that feedback will enhance the effectiveness of the program to reach their targeted goals.
