About Marcus

Player Development Specialist- 1 on 1, group training, player position coach, perimeter or interior player detail. Game play situation, repetition ball handling, shooting, mentality builder. Foot work, first step explosion, seperation focus. Build confidence through working under simulated pressure conditions.

Played high school, collegiately, professionally and coached on the college level and overseas. Also have worked with 100's of college players and worked with over 15 NBA players, 7 WNBA players.

A combination of me as having been a player who sought out training for myself, thus as my playing days grew fewer my thurst to share all my experiences and knowledge came fool bloom and gave me the drive to want to reach others.

Having played professionally and coached on the junior ,high school, aau level, college level, professional . Having been exposed to numerous coaches and their teaching methods and philosophies I am confident in my abilities to get players to maximize on their talents.

About the lesson

Initial 45min to 1 he evaluation workout to see strengths vs weaknesses and then evaluate and move forward with a skill plan to start development process

I have worked with kids as young as 5 years of age all the way up to high school, college and pro players from beginning stature all the way to elite level.

Advice would be to always be committed, patient, energetic, and passionate in every step of the process and have belief as your core of every little detail of what you do.

My experience in China 2016 as head coach of a pro level free agent basketball 11 game tour where we posted 9 wins vs 2 losses.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How, what, where, why in the training and not be afraid to ask questions.
