My normal regimen starts with a warm up, I like to start with agility work before we move on to ball handling. After we get the hard part out the way I'll create one defensive drill and one offensive drill to improve there basketball awareness, and I'll finish off with a drill that combines all the work we put in throughout the session. Each program is tailored to my specific player and what that player needs to work on.
A very wide range of students, currently working with ages 4-14, but previously personal trained adults as well. I also work with kids who have any learning disabilities.
To have fun throughout the entire process, basketball is a very difficult sport to master with learning ball handling, shooting, offensive/defensive skills, agility, conditioning and so much more, but as long as we're getting better and improving, that's all I ask of my players.

I am extremely flexible with dropping my rate for our one-on-one training (don't hesitate to reach out and talk to me privately), with that being said, I charge my rate based on my level of expertise, credibility, and product of work.
