About Jamal
I have 28 years of boxing experience as a amateur boxer and professional boxer. I've been a personal boxing trainer for 6 years, I also teach group classes! My boxing fitness program offers several uses. 1) Fitness & weightloss 2) Parkinson's disease patients 3) Attention Deficit Disorder 4) Self defense. 5) Cardio.
The best thing about my job is all the interesting people I get to meet!
I started teaching 6 years ago at a local Barre fitness studio. My classes were so popular they were featured in the local news paper.
Former professional boxer, 6 years experience in personal and group training!

Everyone is different so it would depend on the individual. The most important thing for me to know is if you have any recent or pre-existing injuries or disabilities, we can always modify the workout!
I've worked with everyone from celebrities to children and the elderly!
