I have been a boxing trainer for over 6 years and currently compete in boxing, jiu jitsu and mma. I look forward to teaching my students the basics of boxing self-defense and helping them reach their goals, by any means necessary through boxing. I currently have personals that I train at the Omni Combat Fitness facility lcoated in Hallandale Beach, Fl.

I started teaching in 2013 the basics of boxing and contiued expanding my knowledge by remaining under a seasoned professional trainer.
I currently compete as an amateur in boxing, jiu jitsu and mma with extensive experience in basic, intermediate and pro level boxing training.

I always start my sessions off by asking questions about my students health. (If yoiu have any health issues, what you can and can't do physically, etc.)
After getting full disclosure of your health, the training begins! We start with the basics which include the following: your stance, the positioning of your hands, learning the punch count and basic footwork movement with the punches.
I have worked with students that have autisim, children as young as 6 years old, adults with both physical and mental disabilities, students that were overweight, etc.
I would advise that you do your research well and ask many questions so that you have a better understanding on that teacher's system of training. I would also advise that you keep an open mind! You never know what you like until you try it!
I won my muay thai fight June 1st of 2019!

Details
My standard price is $25 for 30 minutes and $50 for an hour. Rates are discounted depending on how often you allow me to train you.
