About Brian

I was once a Student myself that transitioned to a coach so I understand your view point from whether you have been training for years, or are just starting, I got you. I've have been doing this for over 10 years and I know how to adapt to your personal needs. Through my vast background I combined All my boxing experience I learned from Training from a Mayweather Based Gym and put together the experience I learned from two different people Master Martial artist named Ivan Santos where I learned the importance of calmness and explosion to understanding How to Breath and stretch from Master Yogi AirHeart. With these 3 combinations I make my trainings not just focused on Boxing but on a Trifecta of other things that will enhance your Natural Athletic skills that translate to Boxing and make you an extremely disciplined, healthy explosive Athlete!

It's the Outcome that comes after a Training session, I'm not a drill sergeant, that is not my style, If I don't have you having fun and laughing through out my session, I am not doing my job. It's extremely I opening once you realize how much fun you can have while you are dying of exhaustion because of how hard you have been pushing yourself 🤣🤣

I love being able to see your Face whether it looks like its suffering and pushing itself🤣 or it smiling because you finally got the Stiff Jab down correctly after practicing throwing it for the thousands time!

I tend to always Work outside, Nature adds a different dynamic to the training, so if you so travel to me, expect it to be on the beach or a park that has many trees and view!

My Goal is to eventually open up Wellness Academies that are built around Nature , where Boxing,. Breathing, and stretching can be enhanced!

I've been Boxing for over 10 years, As well as been in The Mixed martial Arts industry for over 10 years (Muay Thai, wrestling, jujitsu, kickboxing) these different sports have brought so much more dynamic to my coaching.

I also was a Coach for students from ages 5-12 for over 5 years, these kiddos really taught me the art of coaching as a whole!

I took Kinesiology and Nutrition in college for a year and transitioned that to my boxing and kinesthetic work out program

About the lesson

The key thing I will do is ask you a lot of questions on our first meet so don't get bothered please lol! I'm trying to figure out what your goals are, the level of experience you have, and what is driving you to learn these skills, even you have years of experience or none, I will cater and adapt to your needs

My first session is always on the house and then it will Vary on the client depending how many sessions they are interested in attending throughout the month, the more sessions the lower the investment will be for my student !!
