I loved my experience with Rulkfitness. If you are a guy or a gal looking to be pushed beyond what you think you can do in the gym, Rulkfitness is the place to go. Rick is a teacher and leads with the heart, he always checks in to make sure I stayed injury-free. I’ve seen him working with other clients and he adapts his sessions that seems to resonate with each of his clients. He maximizes each of my sessions with him. Highly recommend.

Rick is super passionate and energetic. It’s always a pleasure training with him. He not only pays attention to every little detail such as my form, my muscle strength/weakness, tricks to prevent injuries... and even tracks my progression with his pure memories.

Highly recommend Rick to anyone!! Love this guy!

Having worked in the fitness industry with Rick I can only tell you he is a sea of knowledge. His enthusiasm and drive ensures his clients won't just reach their goals but exceed them!
