About Dillon
I trained for 8 years with legendary boxer Mayfield Pennington. He was trained in Louisville by Bud Bruner in the 1970s, who also trained and worked with Ali. After he passed away in 2017 I took over the gym and ran it for two years. Since then I have became a Certified Personal Trainer and focus on making workouts and diets that are fun and functional for my clients.
I started teaching in the boxing gym and fell in love with it. I've always had a heart for teaching and helping others improve.

My first step is to assess the client. Get to know them, there goals and current fitness level. Second I like to get them started stretching, warming up and eating healthy for a few days before we start. After that we can begin training and going over the basics of Boxing so that things like shadow boxing, bag work and mitts can begin. If someone wants to do resistance training then I make them a workout plan and we start going to the gym together. I really like to develop relationships with my clients since I don't take on a large amount of volume, they become like family. The goal is for them to no longer need my service in 6-14 months so I really give all the knowledge I have to them in that time.

Boxing lessons
One on One Boxing training- 25 dollars per hour session. This is for clients who really want to learn how to box and test what they learn.
Boxing Cardio Program with meal plan- 200 per month. This is great for people who want to tone or loose weight. You will have fun and I guarantee after a few weeks your body composition will change drastically
Personal Training with meal plan- 175 per month
This is great for people looking to gain muscle, tone muscles and get started eating healthy.
Online Personal Training and meal plan- 100 per month
a great option for someone who already knows about working out but needs an accountability partner and some structure to see results.
