Shaun took me from wanting to try out boxing as a fun workout to really knowing how to punch and move, and burning more calories than I thought possible in a workout. It’s the thing he knows best, and he has a natural ability to train others and make it fun while really pushing you. I’ve seen him work with Golden glove boxers and it definitely motivated me to want it be better, but he’s so good when you’re just beginning too. I think this is probably the fastest way I’ve ever been able to get back into shape.
