About Reggie
Hello beautiful people wlecome to my profile my name is Reginald Henderson but you can call me coach regg. First of all i would like to thank you for even passing through my page. I must say boxing has been my passion ever since 2004 i started my career off as a trainer then a boxer backwards yeah I know i was always a student of the game. When working with me you will learn self confidence power seed skill. I train beginners amateurs and Pros.
Plain and simple meeting people and teaching people
I got started about 20 years ago after i turn pro boxer
I've been in the sport of boxing and physical training as well but about 20 years I was once a professional fighters for myself.

Feet diagonal, little wider than shoulder width apart, back heel raised.
Elbows down, hands up.
Head behind your gloves, chin slightly down, eyes see over the gloves.
