About Jamel
We are a group fitness facility that offers 8 fitness formats to suite all levels and needs. Feel at home and welcome by the every instructor and students. Come and give this great gym a try for your fitness needs.
I was asked by an instructor to start teaching and from there everything just took off. I enjoy watching the growth and development of my students which makes me want to continue to thrive for the next level.
I have 6 years of Group Fitness training. I am AIM 1 level certified in Les Mills BodyCombat. I have been certified in Tony Spain's Boxing Fitness for close to 2 years now. Keeping up with the trends and techniques I stay active in my knowledge.

Before class I assess their desired needs and explain to them how our class format goes. I reinforce that everything is optional and modifications are available.
I have a wide range of students from young men in their teens, woman from young to elderly. The goal is to get you moving and into better physical health, which will in turn make you feel good about yourself.
Find an instructor and enviornment that you feel comfortable learning from. The enviroment of the facility to the students to the instructor all play a major role in how you obtain success. You want to be a part of a team for that support to push you when you may not be able to push yourself.

We offer a monthly membership that also include a non contact cardio kickboxing class as well as a strength and conditioning program for a very affordable rate.
We also offer drop in class rates of $15 per class. Or buy 4 class for $30 (one time only).
