About Andrew

My passion for youth baseball and my positive energy make me stand out. I take pride in making all my young athletes enjoy the game of baseball, and smile while playing. Once a client of mine, you will see your son work hard, have fun, and elevate his game to the next level. I use new technoloigy to help my young athletes visually see their swings, and we spend time breaking it all down. Give me a chance, one lesson and your son will see why i stand out as a coach, trainer, and as a person.

I enjoy everything about the game of baseball, and the real enjoyment comes when my athletes accomplish their goals. I enjoy teaching our youth about the fundamentals of baseball, and love watching all my players compete and bring their games to the next level.

About the lesson

The first step of any coaching relationship is to understand the history of the player, strengths and weaknesses and develop their goals and strategies, The Plan! Once the goals are understood, the training begins. Clearly communicating and carrying out the plan is as important as the process to create it.Supervised repetition strengthens the neural pathways that are created during training and make things feel 'automatic' when the time comes to compete.
