About Demarcus

I'm excited and ecstatic to see my students reach their goals and elevate their skills which leads to them becoming sharper mentally and physically.

I enjoy seeing clients reach their goals and elevating mentally and physically which can lead to a more balanced life. I appreciate the progress and challenges each client has which brings out another level within them.

I started teaching doing internship at Georgia Tech for athletes as a Freshman in college and working at 9Round Fitness as a Fitness Instructor.

I have a background in law enforcement/self defense.
I have 2 Fitness Training certifications, 1 through ACE for Group Fitness Instructor and 1 through IFA for Personal Training.
I have 6 years of teaching in Boxing/Kickboxing, Personal Training & Group Training.
I have 11 years in Running experience due to me doing Track and Field 4 years and Road Racing for 7 years.
I studied/majored in health and physical education in college and minored in Exercise science.
My boxing coach from youth to adult was retired Pro Boxer Johnny Gant.

About the lesson

I learn their goals and get their physical activity background and any past health restrictions/injuries. I spend the 1st month breaking their bad habits, 2nd month working towards goal and 3rd month and so on results start showing more in depth and I help maintain those results there on.

Athletes, Former Athletes, Youth, Senior Citizens and many other walks of life.

Always look for a teacher who is interested and invested in you becoming better as a student and elevating mentally and physically.

Working with my youth client Jay who is a 12 year old male in boxing training and his skills have gotten so sharp that his parents decided to keep me permanently as his boxing coach and thanked me for helping their son become better all around through training. That motivated me so much and made my purpose clearer for why I do what I do as a Coach.
