Very informative and I learned a lot from my one lesson, not having any knowledge of boxing before. Went through warm up by jumping rope first, focused on stances second, movements third, and simple punches last, then focusing on throwing punches while moving and keeping stance. It was all very good and Nicholas does a great job teaching. I would definitely recommend his lessons.

He was a good coach, he focused a lot on fundamentals if that's what you really want. He doesn't really let you progress if you don't have it down, which can be annoying but I know it's for the best. Definitely give him a try!
