About Jay

Well, as a Boxer and and a Coach, I am committed to helping and keeping our kids off the streets;I am passionate with every single client, and i will sweat with you side by side, together we will reach your goals. We are available 7 days a week.,no contract,no hidden fees, and always full of positive energy. I helped start a program for those with Parkinsons disease 5 years ago,so i emphasize a healthy living ....We work with everyone and anyone,i dont discriminate

I am able to help people of all ages and genders meet or exceed their overall health goals. I love seeing the confidence bloom week after week,I love the encouragement that is felt around the room;as the group encourages eachother as we push one another for greatness....Lillianajspeedy is our Instagram.. We can travel to you and we are in the Kingwood?Humble area but am dedicated in reaching out to those in need..

The Great Legend George Foreman taught me back in 2004 at his youth center and from there on ive been dedicated. I got tired of seeing coaches come and go at the boxing gym,and many of them pick their favorites in the gym;but to me everyone is EQUALLY SPECIAL..

I am a certified issa personal trainer and ive been a Boxer since 2008 ,and a licensed coach through USA Boxing since 2010

About the lesson

My process with a new student is the same as I would be working with one of my clients. WITH CARE!!!.. I like to build from the ground up and start slow, and peak week by week

Ive worked with all students, from age 4 all the way up to 98 years old. I work with kids, adults, senior citizens. There is no limitation on what I will do to help others

I would look for a teacher who is passionate, dedicated, understanding, patient, hardworking, and motivating . Im the type of teacher/trainer that will sweat with you, side by side, pushing eachother for greatness

Rock Steady Boxing is a program I helped start here in Houston 3 years ago. It is mainly aimed to help those with Parkinsons disease, which at this time there is no cure. The class is inspiring and very motivating,as the boxing regiment that is given has helped others tremendously slow down the effects of the disease. I lvoe this class and it has put a stamp in my heart forever.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The students should think of their short term and long term goals.. They should also take in the factors of how they react with their teacher,
