I've worked with just about any type of human being you can think of, from soccer moms to pro athletes. Young kids to senior citizens. Everyone and anyone can box and benefit from this type of workout.
Make sure you ask them if they ever boxed before and ask them if they have any legitimate championships won. Also make sure they learned from a few trainer before them. Also ask for youtube videos or any social media that shows them at work.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Depending on your budget is the level of trainer you get. Usually the good Boxing Trainers are busy and charge a premium rate but you get top quality training and learn the right way the first time. Working with less experienced Boxing trainers could cause injuries and improper techniques which will slow down your progress and in turn waste your time and money. Go with a Pro and get the most for your money and time!
