About Jackie
As an elite athlete, Two time Amateur Boxing World Champion, I have trained & competed in gymnastics, kickboxing, boxing and Krav Maga (as an instructor). My years of competition an training have given me the experiences necessary to motive and elevate competitive and non-competitive clients. I have 25+ years experience and pride myself on the results of my clients. More than a trainer but someone willing to take the journey with you and provide the level of support required for success. Whether self-defense, confidence building, weight loss is your goal or achieving and embracing a healthy lifestyle, together we can design the training regiment to meet your goals.
