About Kevin
I trained in boxing growing up. Two years ago after a long break from living a physically active life, I began boxing again and in 6 months was able to drop 55 pounds, reshape my mindset and totally change my life. I bring my love of boxing, my own experience with weight loss, and my knowledge of the body, movements, and nutrition from my studies with the National Associstion of Sports Medicine(NASM) to help people transform their lives in the same way that I did.
Boxing is a completely meditative and transformative experience that will take your mind off of the "work" you are doing and make weightloss and exercise a fun experience that you can't wait to get back to!
I reinvigorated my love for boxing by going to the gym in Hollywood, Los Feliz Boxing. After dropping 55 lbs, I began teaching there myself and became the manager of the gym.
