About Vince
Trained amateur and pro mma fighters in the Philippines and amateur in Chicago, Jacksonville more on kickboxing and here in McAllen Texas.
I am focused in in the basic, proper form and proper technique.
Given with my medical background, i give advice in diet and nutrition, recovery etc.
At present, I am at Arte Suave BJJ, Striking Class as one of the Striking Coaches.
helping people learn how to compete, and defend themselves
i was approached by students in a fitness gym when they saw how i trained myself , hitting the bags etc., they have an upcoming mma fight. ss i trained them, all won the amateur mma fight, this got me interested in teaching only by request.
started training muay thai since 2009 and has been training fighters both amateur and pofessional fighters, kickboxing and MMA. Also an amateur kickboxing and mma promoter in the Philippines. However, this is just a hobby of mine/passion as I am primarily a physician.
