About John
My services standout because I won't just teach you how to box but also how to maximize your movement. Working in exercises specifically to help with your explosiveness and balance.
I enjoy seeing someone be very timid as they learn to throw a punch to them seeing the confidence when they can throw 4-6 piece combos.

Really knows your limits. The trainer will push you to your limits without going past them! He is also very caring and compassionate if you have any problems with your fitness plan and will really work with you so you can succeed! He is also very flexible and can change your fitness plan as needed with any changes you would like to make! Overall I would recommend working with them!
It’s been amazing I’ve learned a ton of valuable skills, John is a great teacher who has inspired and pushed me to do my best
