About Rafael

I relate boxing to the demands of our day-to-day as well as the individual. I make it fun and engaging. Our work outs can consist of a "boxers regimen" or drills specific to boxing...

The conditioning required by boxing, has given me various tools, tecniques and strategies to assist others in becoming fit and more athletic and confident.

I am priviledge to assist and guide others in becoming the best version of themselves through wellness, competence and self care. I attempt in connecting how being active and challenging our negative thoughts can support overall wellness.

I was on the competitive boxing team for a few years (I plan on a comeback after major life changes)... Everyone at NBC wants you to get better at the sport, better physically and ensure you're doing things properly. There isn't a single coach there without experience. I have taken conditioning classes, private lessons, strength classes, etc. And every single one of them were top notch. If you're there to get a good workout and to actually learn what boxing is all about, stop reading this and get to NBC!
