About Jonathan

my name is Jonathan and I have been in the boxing ever since I was a kid. alongside with having an amateur background in boxing and having a father who was a boxing trainer, I can I sure with my teachings that in the first session you will learn some basic fundamentals. I teach kids ,adults ,women and elderly. boxing is not just a contact sport, but it is great for fitness purposes

I was involved in a major accident which led me to not go the Fessional route. But my love for boxing is always there and I figured what better way to continue sent to teach others.

I have box myself since I was a young kid, given the fact that my father was a trainer.

About the lesson

with first-time clients, I must assess the level of knowledge of boxing , if any. Then I work from there. I start with basic foot work which is the fundamental key in boxing and work up from there to throwing the basic punches which can lead to combinations and correct stances

kids, women, elderly, adults and as many people of different walks of life that you can think of.

do you specific in what you want to get out of the work out in the box in sessions. Whether it is self-defense or simply full body fitness.

I remember a businessman who is very wealthy came up to me one time and asked if I can train his son who was being bullied in school. I found it so ironic that somebody having everything in life cannot teach his son something as important as defending himself. After I taught his son this man was very very grateful to me
