About Edwin
I was born into a fighting family. My late father was a practitioner of Kung Fu, Ninjitsu, Karate and Boxing. As a baby. My attire usually consisted of diapers and boxing gloves. I literally wore them daily and I would attend the gym with my dad everyday. I mimicked watching Roberto Duran shadow box. Esteban Dejesus, and many great fighters. I was obsessed and while other kids were playing tag and hand ball, I was learning combinations, how and when to breathe depending on if you were in defensive or offensive mode. Studying film for hours.. I can do on and on but long story short is that I not only train your body, but I will train and reinforce your mind. Also I understand proper diet and supplementation so I cover every aspect of the sweet science. If you're a seasoned pro, I can make you sharper, faster, waste less energy yet have a higher more efficient output. If you've never threw a punch in your life, you are in for an amazing ride you will never forget!
