About Pablo

I am a boxing instructor, Physical fitness & strength conditioner. I instruct in the sweet science of the sport of boxing for adults and young adults ages 7-and up. I teach boxing basics and help you get in shape. I am highly motivational with years of boxing and fitness training. I am also a vendor for the board of education and I offer remote and in school training as well for middle and High school students. I can be found on Instagram (concealed information)

I love seeing the end results of the work that I put in and the tireless efforts of the people I train that want to better themselves. That is gratification for me.

I started teaching at the Morris Park Boxing Club. I started off working with children which then led to me working with amature and professional boxers. I started working with children in my community and instructing them in the sport of boxing which led to my career as a boxing instructor for youths and adults.

USA Boxing Certification and I am also a certified vendor and boxing instructor for the Board of Education for public and charter schools and a New York Golden Glove contestant.

About the lesson

We start with the basics of boxing. They have to first help me to help them by identifying their needs and once that's understood, there is a basic process to reach one's intended goal. There is no one process for everyone because each individual learns differently.

I've worked with all types of students; beginner, intermediate, professional, etc.

Not everyone with a towel on their back is a boxing trainer. Just because someone fought before does not make them a good coach. You have to be able to articulate and teach through visual effects and paint a picture for someone to understand what you are trying to convey. You have to be honest with your trainer and with yourself first to help your trainer to help you accomplish your intended goal.

Wednesday 8 p.m to 9 p.m - Boxfit Class w/ Coach P- $20

Thursday 6 a.m to 7 a.m Early Morning Boxfit Class w/ Coach P

Three One-Hour weekly classes, beginner, intermeditate, and advanced classes (Jumprope, heavy bag, shadow boxing, pad work, advanced combination and strike techniques, and general fitness) one on one-$125

Does include gym fee:

Monthly Boxing Class (Weight loss program, sparring, padwork, body work, boxing instruction, self-defense, foot work, coordination, stamina, strength conditioning, light weight training, and cardio fitness)-$ 305
