Been taught by the best in boxing including legend Lou Duva who has had 19 World Champions as well as other great trainers. Just got involved with Rock Steady Boxing to fight against Parkinson’s disease and my Wife Macy is the lead trainer and we both love helping and seeing the progress in our Parkinson’s boxers. Our Rock Steady program as well as our boxing fitness classes is all non contact.
