I like helping people get a good workout. Seeing progression in my clients from week to week.
I tore my ACL and I had a boxing bag in my shed and I just started learning how to get the bag properly. Since I couldn't move that well, I learned to hit the speed bag and I just loved it,
I have been boxing and training people for the last 4 years. I love the sport and I think it is a great way for people, to get a good workout while learning self-defense.

Double class( 2 people): 30 dollars for 45 minutes
