About Michael
35 years coaching experience, including over 25 years at the high school level and 6 years of football at the college level. Football certifications include: USA Football, Atavus Rugby Tackling, Program Design, and Sports Nutrition through National Sports Perfotmance Association
Certifications in USA boxing, Bakbakan Arnis, speed and agility; through both the international youth conditioning association and the national sports performance association. Advanced Olympic Lifting certification from USA weightlifting, CrossFit, and National Sports Performance Association. General training from Underground Strength Coach and CrossFit.
Complete dedication to all athletes I have trained, personal relationships are key.
I enjoy the opportunity to see my clients achieve thier goals. I like the challenge of working with various ages and skill levels, as they attain personal growth.
Coaching has always been a passion of mine. Started right after college graqduation.
