I love it when I am able to help out but also on-time! When students are happy with my work that it motivates me more to do better!

I started doing my pupil hours with a middle school. I was also volunteering to different elementary schools as a tutor at my own time and was introduced by my friend who is a Dean at a private university to start teaching in the Masters Program. I also started teaching online, on campus and in inside the military bases.

Temporary Teaching Placement:

· Served as a temporary teacher for a middle school English class

· Reviewed and corrected all homework with an emphasis on providing feedback to individual students

· Personally tutor 2 students after school that were having difficulties in elementary math

· Personally, devote personal time to guide and tutor more than 15 Sailors in various subjects

· Supervise as a co-instructor for English as a second language for approximately 50 students

· Participated as a guest speaker for Allen Elementary School Veterans Day

· Assisted teachers in the preparations of lessons and tutoring for an AVID class

· Corrected assignments and exams and provided results to each teacher on the grades achieved by class

· Impeccable Trainer and Manager. Appointed as Military Trainer for ESWS Board Representative and actively assisted Sailors with training and qualification material.

· Assisted in processing 3,850 pieces of correspondence and 298 officer records.

· Devoted numerous personal time training Junior Sailors on improving their professional skills and completing qualifications.

· Acted as a liaison between Treasurer's Office, Accounting Officer and his staff, Real Estate Department, Attorney's Office, Finance Department, and the Marketing Department.

· Provided Departmental and Divisional Career Counseling.

Departmental/Divisional Career Counselor/Advisor

Served as the point of contact for prospective students/sailors for university or college enrollment, Veteran information/requirements, university policies/requirements, applications, registration, academic advising, academic programs, military financial aid and up to admission. Works collaboratively with the Commands, Departments, Divisions and approved external and military universities. Provided processing support in meeting the enrollment and completion goals and objectives of each individual student/sailor needs. Evaluation and assessment of credentials of student's applications for admission by obtaining military smart transcripts for the program. Advises students/sailors on how to balance their time to achieve their individual plan based on their curriculum requirement up to graduation. Monitors, tracks, and maintain excel spreadsheet (interest, application, enrolled and completion). Maintain student contract files and making sure it is approved by their chain of command and division chiefs.

About the lesson

Having been involved in an on-campus and online education both personally as a student and as a professor for more than 15 years, it becomes a question of who can best effectively deliver both online and on campus while leaving an impact to the students to move forward and become productive and efficient part of our society. It is clear that the successful online educator possesses certain traits! My primary role as a Facilitator, Teacher, Professor or Adjunct faculty is to create an environment where I can help student(s) learn through critical thinking, writing, and problem solving, and learning from one another i.e. sharing information. Also, promoting the fact that learning is not a one-time event, but it is lifelong learning. Influencing students to value and nurture their intellectual curiosity, live ethical values. Also, incorporating different policies and procedures that are already in place in different educational organization/system without losing the ultimate impact of learning for the students.

Applying the F.A.C.E. "C." approach (Manabat, 2012).

Elementary, Highschool, College Level, Military Personnels and adults both domestic and international.

My advice is just to trust, sit back and relax and watch me bring you up to greatness.

The race to send an enterprise where a human being would actually live outside the space!
