About Brooke
Hello!
My name is Brooke, and I am a UC Berkeley graduate with a B.S. in Nutritional Science and Toxicology; Physiology and Metabolism. I scored in the top 5% on the MCAT, and have my diploma of fluency in Spanish. I have been working as a teacher and tutor for over four years in various subjects including: English, math, Spanish, biology, chemistry, and test prep. My passion and specialty is the sciences, and I have helped a range of students, from elementary school to college, all succeed in their science courses!

I ask that you send me any materials from class you may have such as lecture slides, homework assignments, past tests etc. so I can get a good idea of the material you are learning and what your teacher expects you to be responsible for. These will form the basis of my lesson plans! I also ask the student what they need help with or what they would like to improve on as well as their overall learning goals.
I have worked tutoring students as young as 5 to as old as 23. I have also taught in high school classrooms. Additionally, I have experience working with ESL students as well as students with ADHD.
