About Andrey

My name is Andrey. I am a professional classical guitar teacher with a B. A. in Education with teaching specialization, a sole proprietorship business license and 22 years of experience in the music industry working mainly as guitar teacher and also as guitarist, composer and band owner. I helped more than 150+ students to realize their dreams via online and offline teaching in both personal and group formats.

Teaching how to read music and how to play guitar helps me to be a part of global music culture development. Everytime when I see my student's success I feel happy realizing that a world has now one more person who will be a part of global guitar culture.

I started teaching in 2005 when I launched my first music band project. The first musician in my band was my first student. I taught him from zero and already in couple of months we were performing on the stage our first concert.

I have a B. A. in Education with teaching specialization and 22 years of experience in the music industry working mainly as guitar teacher and also as guitarist, composer and band owner.

About the lesson

After the first lesson you will know the guitar construction, how to differently tune the guitar and how to mark fingers, strings and bars professionally. Plus we will do few starting exercises and I will tell you also about two extra additions that you will get already in 3 and 6 months of our lessons.

I have worked with the students between 14 and 50 years old. All my students are purposeful, successfull and positive. They all had different goals in the music industry. But they are all united with the passion for guitar.

First of all a teacher is a person. A guitar teacher need to be polite, respectful and positive. Plus a great guitar teacher needs to know how to motivate student to learn guitar or to read music. A true guitar teacher can't teach all levels, all ages, all music genres.

In 2012 I was a creator and expert of the music conference in the Baran City in club called Doors. The name of conference was New Era. The main purpose of conference was to gather beginner guitarists and band managers and tell help them answering their questions about guitar and music. The conference was partly recorded on video. In the end of this event few guitarists got my band's album on CD and we take few pictures together. I have very warm memories about this event cause I was really happy to meet great people who wants to play guitar or launch band and help them with their needs.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
It's very difficult for student to know all what student needs. This is a function of a teacher to ask questions and help student with the right answers that will fit student's own goals.
