About Ethan
Hi!
I'm a self-taught chef influenced by Middle Eastern, Japanese, and American cuisines. Most recipes that I teach have been developed by myself, but enjoyed by everyone. My recipes are health conscious as well.
I can teach you the basics of working in a kitchen down to very specific dishes. My capabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Fish (Pan fried, oven roasted, baked, & sushi/sashimi)
- Chicken (Oven Roasted, Pan fried, deep fried, etc.)
- Steak (Grilled or Skillet, All Cuts)
- Salads (My personal favorite)
- BBQ (All types of meat and vegetables)
- Side dishes (Any type)

Meal Prepping: I can teach you how to prepare meals for days and also prepare meals for your week.
I have a su-chef that assists with cooking and cleaning for all clients for no extra charge. I also send written recipes of the foods that we cook together.
Cooking has been a long-time passion of mine. Its my way of unwinding and de-stressing.
I have been cooking for around 10 years. I've cooked meals for parties of 20+ in the past.
