About Helene

there are very few natural food chefs. Many do the most popular thing and my foods are not just for everyday but used in natural healing for people with moderate-to-severe health problems. I am not a dietitian. But I have worked very closely with cancer patients, people with autoimmune related diseases and digestive disorders. I've worked with those who want to do a systematic cleanse safely but don't know the process and how to make foods themselves nor do they know recipes.

I enjoy teaching lifestyle skills that will change their lives on a physical and emotional level. And turn around their overall health to live full and healthy lives.

I got started after many of my clients needed more than explanation and reading material on how to prepare Natural Foods especially since they have been eating the sad American diet for many years. 3 years ago I was asked to give lessons at a cooking the school and since then I have been teaching. I have taught up to 12 students at one time.

I have worked in the natural health field for 40 years and I am also an herbalist, certified in colon hydrotherapy and have done a study of anatomy and physiology of the digestive system. I myself was very ill and got well on Gerson therapy, live food and systematic cleansing and juicing. I studied many books on healing foods and digestive repair. And have term my life and my health totally full circle and taught others as well for quite a few years.

About the lesson

I like to do an initial consultation to find out what my clients needs are and their personal goals and put together a battle plan for wellness. If my clients just want to learn how to prepare and get general knowledge unhealthy living and healthy foods along with shopping and preparation then I put together a personal package that fits their lifestyle.

I have given classes mainly to adults and some classes to children and teenagers. I work mostly with adults because they set the pace at you the dietary needs of the whole household.

My advice would be to make sure the teacher is going to give you the tools that you need to improve your lifestyle and diet according to your likes and dislikes not to theirs. I love to make suggestions at you find out what foods they really love and choose ingredients that are healthier so they can continue enjoying them

I am most fond of public speaking and podcasts such as the one I gave for Earthly dish and now work for a company called Earthly juices as a natural food chef. I design menus attitude dishes for people with very restricted diets to make them palatable so they can enjoy food again despite their limitations.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
A student should without what they want and what they want to get out of their learning experience. They should have a goal in mind and a Time they want to achieve results that's realistic.

Details

I do an initial consultation for $95 and from there we'll make a plan on what they want to learn and teach systemically. Or if they wish to learn for fun and to transition into a natural cooking I'm preparation I have a flat rate of $150 which is up to 3 hours and if I go beyond 10 miles there is a travel charge depending on the distance. I prefer to come to you so I can work out with your own equipment so you will learn how to use it properly and should make suggestions on what you can purchase in the future to make your life easier in the kitchen. We even candle on shopping trips as well to purchase Foods
