About Anne Margaret
I have been in the kitchen my entire career. I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, apprenticed in Michelin starred kitchens in France and Spain and have worked in some of NYC's top kitchens. The greatest gift my mom ever gave me was teaching me to cook and now I am teaching others. No matter your skill level there is work we can do together! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Chef Anne! My boyfriend and I took a cooking class to celebrate his birthday. We wanted to have a pasta night and were so excited to make three different types of homemade pasta dishes with the Chef. We learned so much, not only about the pasta recipes, but cooking in general!
