About Natalie
Cultivating health and wellness habits, one meal at a time! I have a passion for Nutrition Education and enabling my students to learn how to make healthy choices and dishes on a budget!
I enjoy sharing tips and tricks on how to create delicious, healthy meals right at home! I teach my students how to utilize pantry items and fresh ingredients in order to learn how to meal prep for a busy week!
I am a graduate from Syracuse University, with a Bachelor's in Food Studies and Nutrition. I have taught cooking classes for 5 years, within a school setting as well as virtual consultations.

When working with a new student, we will discuss what are your wellness goals, what is a reasonable budget for the week, and what sorts of foods you enjoy, while figuring out healthy alternatives to your favorite meals! You will learn how to meal prep in order to start your week with healthy affordable meals.
I would recommend working with me if you are beginning a wellness journey and would like to learn actionable steps to begin learning about prepping and preparing foods, and creating a healthy relationship with food.
My primary focus is to teach my students about concious eating and transforming your life through food education!
