I really on have one word to say about Norman's food. Nuance! He knows that ingredient/idea to bring the best taste out food.

I want to start this by admitting that Norman is my brother. Norman got his passion and skill from our mother. He received the gene from her a birth and it developed as he grew older. He is the middle child and my mother knew to leave the responsibility to prepare meals to him while she worked second shift as a nurse. Since her passing it is him that host holiday dinners. He also participates in charity cooking events (Philly Men R Cooking, Real Men Cook, etc.) Allowing him to teach you would be a GREAT choice.

There has never been a time when N. C. Jones wasn't there for me, he has answered questions, given me ideas, or guided me through a cooking challenge. His answers and guidance have been spot on, I never been disappointed!
